I am a Proud Virtual Runner for TAPS
Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors
Donated proceeds go to support the families of our U.S. Military Fallen Heroes.
The Tikrit run is over; but the Virtual Runner pages are still active
and will continue to accept donations indefinitely.
My honorees are:
SGT Patrick D. Stewart, PFC Stephen P. Snowberger III, and PFC Eric D. Clark.
Please remember that the proceeds of your donations go to meet the needs
of the surviving families of these very honorable U.S. Military Fallen Heroes,
families who have sacrificed so very much for all of us!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every person who makes a donation. It isn't
about just the size of the donation. Even every dollar counts. It's about that fact that you care about
the surviving families of Our Fallen Heroes. May you each be blessed many times over for making
your generosity of heart tangible in the lives of these beautiful families who have sacrificed so very
much for all of us. Blessed Be, Rev. Kay J. Ahl
Please follow these links for information and donations
Patrick is also running in honor of our own

Born on October 21, 1970 at Washoe Medical Center, Reno NV.
Pat enlisted in the Army after graduation from from Washoe in 1989. He served in Desert Storm in Kuwait and in Korea and completed active duty in 1996.
In 2002 Pat enlisted in the Nevada Army National Guard and deployed with Task Force Storm to Afghanistan in early 2005. He died Sunday September 25, 2005 in Deh Chopan, Zabul Province, Afghanistan when his CH-47 Chinook Helicopter was shot down by enemy fire. Pat had a strong belief that what he was doing in Afghanistan was the right thing, and his trust in and support of his comrades was extraordinary.
